Ronan, CPA                                     tronan@sercpa.com Tim is a member of Stanton, Echard & Ronan LLC with over fifteen years of experience in public accounting.  His areas of expertice include tax planning and preparation, accounting, estate, trust and financial planning services for individuals and businesses. Tim graduated from Bloomsburg University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration specializing in accounting. Tim is a member of the Pennsylvania Institute of Certified Public Accountants where he currently serves on the Executive Committee of the Central Chapter of the PICPA as well as various other chapter level committees.  He has been named as one of the top 40 accountants under 40 by the PICPA.  Tim also serves on the PICPA Marcellus Shale Task Force.    Linda M. Echard, CPA                                     lmechard@sercpa.com      Linda is a member of Stanton, Echard & Ronan LLC with over thirty five years of experience in public accounting.  Her areas of expertise include tax planning and preparation and accounting services for individuals and businesses. She is a graduate from Penn State University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration, with accounting as her major. She is a member of the Pennsylvania Institute of Certified Public Accountants where she has served on the Board of Directors and various state committees.  She is a past president of the local Central Chapter of the PICPA and is currently serving on various chapter level committees.  In addition she has served as Treasurer for Penn State's Women's Volleyball Booster Club for over eleven years.   Lionel I.
